Hollow Tide Expedition is a slower, moodier game about exploring a sunken world. You guide a lone diver through flooded temples, solve light environmental puzzles, and piece together what happened from scattered notes. It leans on atmosphere, and it pulls it off.
The puzzles rarely stump you for long, which keeps the momentum going. What stayed with us was the sound design and the sense of quiet discovery — moving into a new chamber and seeing it light up never got old.
It is short, maybe five hours, but it does not waste any of them. If you want a calm adventure with a strong sense of place, this is worth your time.
